UPRIGHT FUNDATION

Upright Foundation is a non-profit making and non-proprietary voluntary trust which came into existence in 2004 with the determination to serve social welfare and the common people in bringing upliftment and development in their life. It is situated in Delhi and is registered under the Registration of Societies Act, of 1860. It started its journey with the determination to empower the common people with the advantages of providing facilities of health care, medical support, and educational support. We aim to establish educational institutions for the diffusion of knowledge and social welfare of the public and to create awareness among the people about legal assistance for women, road Safety, consumer, adulteration, human rights, Anti-Drug, aids, and anti-tobacco for total development. 

We are also working to provide medical aid to persons belonging to rural areas at the time of natural calamities. Our endeavor is to strengthen community organization at the village, district, and regional levels by developing competent and committed leadership, social animators, and development voluntary workers. capable to undertake their development by utilizing human and physical resources.

Objectives

The Society’s main goal is to encourage people to work for the social, cultural, educational, economic, agricultural, and spiritual uplift of rural communities as well as the rehabilitation of widows and underprivileged women by fostering a sense of unity, equality, fraternity, love, and mutual assistance. To raise public awareness of issues such as legal aid for women, road safety, consumer protection, adulteration, human rights, anti-drugs, anti-AIDS, and anti-tobacco in order to promote overall growth and skill development for individuals. to establish adult education facilities in rural locations.
